1. Talk to Netpia (prontera165,232) in Prontera town. She’ll tell you the items that she needs to create the Red Ribbon. Give her the items and you’ll obtain a Red Ribbon Headgear.

The Ragnarok Red Ribbon headgear adds Mdef + 10 and defense + 1. Perfect to use on defense when the castle is heavily guarded with magical spells. It is upgradeable and the required level is 45. Too bad it isn’t slotted. But hey, the Red Ribbon looks better than Silk Ribbon and Ribbon.
