The Ragnarok Pickpocket Quest is a repeatable quest that allows you to buy Speed Potions for 15K each. You could purchase up to 3 Speed Portions per transaction. You just have to catch the scumbag man. Speed Potions are very useful especially on Ragnarok siege.

Ragnarok Quest Reward: Chance to purchase 1 -3 speed potions

The man can be found in three locations. Location C has the highest number of chance that you may caught him. Each time he pickpockets you, you’ll loose 100 Zeny.
