Ragnarok Hunter Platinum Skill Quest

1. Go to the Archer Village in Payon. Outside the house, talk to Arpesto then Reidin. They will require the following items – 5 Cursed Ruby, 5 Harpy Feathers and 30 Pet Food.

2. Give them the items and they will teach you the platinum skill Phantasmic Arrow

Phantasmic Arrow

Launches an arrow of illusion from your bow. It has 150% ATK, and if it hits the enemy, it pushes them back 3 cells. You can use this skill even if you have no Arrows equipped.
